Stuart has taught classes to less experienced DOJ attorneys  in civil pretrial practice and civil trial practice, where he has been lauded for his instructional methods and for his ability to effectively mentor attorneys to improve their skills. 

Stuart has taught seminar sessions at this preeminent international tax program, focusing on voluntary disclosure, automatic exchange of information, and similar topics. 

Stuart presented about voluntary disclosures on a panel at the 2016 Economic Forum conference in Poland, sometimes referred to as "Little Davos."

Stuart has moderated panel presentations on international tax issues hosted by Bloomberg Tax and by IBFD working with the Caplin & Drysdale law firm in Washington, DC.

Stuart has presented on panels at ABA Tax Section meetings, notably on abusive tax shelters, wrongful disclosures and IRS summons enforcement matters.

Stuart presented on a panel at the inaugural 2009 NYU Tax Controversy Forum in New York City.
